Don't forget, this week, on the 15th of August everyone is meeting at 6:30 am... yes I know.. 6:30 am in Trelease's Room to help with the Freshmen/ Sophmore orientation. We will be showing them around the school and such. Make sure you wear your T-Shirts, and if you don't have one we will have one for you (That should be the people who didn't come to retreat!)

ALSO Make sure to make the kids feel welcome, we are representing Hillcrest and they are future Huskies!

Hey guys thanks for coming to PLT retreat today!there's just a few things that I need to talk I need to remind you about.

Sophomore/freshman Orientation
PLT is giving the sophomores/freshmen a tour of the school on August 15, 2013 at their orientation. Please wear your T-shirts and be in Trelease's room at 6:30 AM

If you weren't at the retreat today you need to get your T-shirt still. I will have them at sophomore
/freshmen orientation on 15 August. The following people I still have your shirts:

So in the mail, everyone should receive the outline of PLT summer training next week (what to bring and where to meet yada yada), If not, David was awesome enough to type it up for everyone and post it online (Thanks David!). For those of you who need it, here's the letter in electronic form!

Dear PLT Members,

Congratulations on being selected as a member of your high school’s Peer Leadership Team for the 2013-2014 school year. We are looking forward to seeing you at the summer PLT Training. The following is a list of information that you will need to know about the training;

1. PLT Training is scheduled for Tuesday, July 30th at Copper Hills High School 5445 W. New Bingham Highway(7800) West Jordan, 8:30-3:00 p.m.

2. Park in the student parking lot and enter through the main front door.

3. Meet us in the front foyer by the Commons Area. Meet us there by 8:30 for registration. Look for your school sign.

4. Bring snacks, drinks and munchies if you like. We will be having a continental breakfast.

5. Lunch will be served.

6. Dress casual. During the day we will be doing a service project for area hospital emergency rooms as well as attending 4 active workshops.

7. We are asking each PLT member to bring new coloring books and crayons to be packaged and delivered to area hospital emergency waiting rooms. We would appreciate any of these items that you could donate.

8. We will be finished about 3:00 p.m. (Please see the attached agenda)

Summer Training!

Don't forget about the REQUIRED Summer Training Camp on July 30th, 2013 at Copper Hills High School from 8:30am- 3:30pm.

Unless you talked to Mrs. Trelease about missing in advance, we are expecting you to show up! This will be a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other before the school year starts, and make mew friends. If you want, try contacting others and organize a carpool to the training session. Can't wait to see everyone there!
